I am against the comment that they are getting out because of money because it is not so at all atleast in these two cases.

Just because a few rich people get away with bribing we cannot categorize everyone as the same. This would be very unfair to rich people.

Salman Khan , if he had to bribe his way out of this he would never have been convicted or have gone into jail and you wouldn't have heard about the case ever again. Salman Khan will get bail, if he does, because he has the constitutional right to appeal and a right to bail until his appeal is decided.

So the question of bribing his way out does not arise.

Please dont talk to me about law here, I would say you are misinformed about how the law works in India. I have studied law and I know its procedures better than you do.

What is money?? Maybe some people buy their way out of cases by bribing, but then such people never, I mean never, get convicted but Sanjay dutt and Salman Khan have both been convicted. So the question of money or political connections do not arise here.

Infact in these cases their money has resulted in differential treatment to them and undue publicity which has jeopardized their defence.

Shefali123, I agree with you 200%, All rich people don't bribe everyone,and if Salman really had the power and money than he could have closed this case in 1998 when it happened.

cutedoll- I hope you were in your senses when you were writing this. Lets keep aside the fact that animal was endangered. what should we do to all the hunters of the world. How about people who slauther cow, goats, chicken etc etc. I hope you are vegan if you feel so strongly about it. How about pharma companies who test drugs so that they are safe for humans to consume....they do use monkeys, rabbits, dogs for it. Will you take medication if you are sick because as you know it has come out only after few animals were scarificed. They are put down after number of cycles of testing.

Overall this punishment is too harsh. It is laughable to hear in the news that salman is sharing cell with a guy who killed another human being. One killed a deer and another killed a man & both are in the same cell.🤢
