At the premiere of Ocean's 13 at Fame Andheri, we spotted Kanchi Kaul at her summery best in a short denim skirt and a cool white shirt. She even had on matching white hair clips and all that! Meanwhile, Pooja Bedi (along with the perpetually stuck at her hip Hanif Hilal) came dripping in bling from head to toe!
On another note, Sanjay Gupta seems to have taken it upon himself to chaperone his Woodstock Villa debutante, Neha Oberoi, wherever she goes. Should we start calling him Uncle Gupta now?

Director Anand L Rai's debut film, Strangers, starring Kay Kay Menon, Jimmy Sheirgill, Nandana Sen and Sonali Kulkarni, has been nominated in the Best Film and Best Director category for the upcoming Osian Film Festival.
Rai has earlier directed TV shows like Gardish on Zee, Kshitij on SaharaOne, a telefilm called One Night Stand on Star One and recently, Bombay Talkies for Zee Caf. "I'm proud that my debut film has been chosen along with other great films. May the best win," says Rai.

One actress who is eagerly looking forward to watching Himesh Reshammiya's Aap Kaa Surroor:
The Moviee — The Real Luv Story is Kareena Kapoor. "The songs are already top of the charts and I am keen to see Himesh make his acting debut.
I've already told the theatre manager of Fame to keep a ticket for me on the day the film releases," says Bebo, who is on a hectic work schedule.
She has just started shooting for Yash Raj Films' Tashan during the day, and shoots for Imtiaz Ali's untitled film in the night.
"I don't know how I'll manage but I have to," says the actress, who will soon be leaving for a month-long schedule of Tashan in Kerala and Ladakh.

Tonight, one of television's most popular characters will come to an end. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi's aadarsh bahu Tulsi will die (or will she?) in an accident.
For weeks there's been speculation about the twist this drama will take once Tusli makes her exit.
And in true Balaji style, the episode will show the Virani family unable to identify Tulsi's charred body (thereby ensuring scope for her return in the near future?).
Gautami Gadgil has signed on with the show, but there's still some confusion over whether she will take over as the new Tulsi. Watch the show to find out.
| Barely able to stand…
| | | Show must go on: Anupam Kher | … and yet Anupam Kher regaled a rapt audience in Goa recently.
Last Wednesday, he performed his solo, nearly three-hour play Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai even though he was in no condition to stand properly.
After all, Kher was suffering from a severe bout of food poisoning.
"But I had no choice. There was no way I could back out. So it was just my craft and I, as hundreds of people looked on waiting for me to collapse.
I was visibly weak, but sorry, I'm just not cut out for defeat," says Kher, who is getting ready to direct another film early next year.
"The experience of Om Jai Jagadish not working at the box office hasn't made me resentful at all. In fact, I'm all set to direct another film. Anil Kapoor won't be starring in it, that's for sure!"
