Preity has had the most good pairings although she's never worked with younger guys. Ash had great pairings with younger guys (Hrithik, Abhishek, Ranbir, Rajkumar Rao) and also the older ones like the Khans, Akshay, Ajay, Vikram, Mammootty, Mohanlal.

Kareena did work with Salman on 4 movies. HR is not younger than Ais. They are the same age. She is like 2 months older than him but that doesn’t make him much younger than her.
