Couldn’t that legacy have continued with Hrithik as an actor? He’s already more famous and successful as an actor than his father ever was as a filmmaker, outside of Hrithik starring movies that is. This would have made more sense if he was taking over as a producer.

My guess is they couldn’t find a capable director willing to agree to their vision and the ones that would agree with them wasn’t up to their standards. So Hrithik decided to DIY this movie, with YRF’s money.

Rakesh roshan has been a successful director without HR too

May be as u said they couldn't find a capable director and made HR work on this

We won’t see till 2028 ?

Krrish may be an upcoming interest in certain people’s minds… it’s not in my mind when thinking at future projects for Hrithik
