I don’t understand saying she don’t have ground level popularity and that’s it’s only online !! She don’t have as aggressive pr as others might be the reason but having those many on her instagram is an achievement !! And unlike others she hasn’t worked with the superstar khans or have kjo or some well known personality supporting her!! But now with stree success her pr will be aggressive like others so that she is talked about and that so called ground popularity will be there just as much as her instrgram popularity it takes just one movie to get you being the talk on the town !! That’s show business !!

Stree 1 was a better movie overall, I wasn’t even scared watching stree 2 there was no story just using special effects to make it look grand

The beauty of part 1 was the mystery element behind stree’s story

One other thing how as Tripti pulled in crowds ? It just goes to show that animal was one time wonder n it was mainly the xxx content that she became some sensation at least Shraddha is become sensation on her characters curiosity won’t say more as that’s a main plot and crux in the story !! And in case anyone being over hyped these days it be tripti she’s everywhere in every movie mainly as some show piece rather then on her talent that she displayed in her past movies. She’s now mainly known as Bhabhi 2 !! Tabu crowd puller or not at least the movies she does most are content based and as acting chops and wisely chooses scripts. Shraddha does less movies and says she’s taking time to choose her projects so I don’t understand the animosity towards her ? Other then particular link up in my opinion is what irked some. Between I didn’t see that movie as had no Interest but I like Shraddha in general as with others like Kiarra. I don’t count Katrina because that’s as a pair with Salman only. I don’t even mind Alia and others in general.

Her harcore fans were adment it is her film only and she was the biggest force for its humongous business and deserves all/most of the credit.

Ofcourse not giving her any credit is ridiculous. She deserves as much credit as the other lead cast of the film.

Having said that, Stree2 is not a female centric movie, and she was not the number one major reason for its 500cr plus business, that's all I want to say with which every sane mind will agree.

yes but every hardcore one does saying there star is the reason that’s natural whether one agrees or not. Yet how she was promoted during stree2 you would think she is the main and that help draw viewers in. Yes the 1st one was the main reason as it became a success and so others were curious to see this one and many liked Shraddha role on one and even praise her in this one as well.

In all honesty, her Instagram wall was not the reason of Stree2's historic success, that's not how film business works from a grass root level across a humongous country like India.

The resons of its success were being a sequel, timing, quality content and above all as I said earlier, luck.
