Just like the fact that she has been steadily working, and her versatility is a really good investment. smiley4

Absolutely, and giving her ALL of the credit for a FIVE HUNDRED CRORES plus successful movie where her role was more of an extended cameo (specially in the first half , where she literally had two scenes) is so bizarre.

Shraddha has truly shown that she's decent in different genres. smiley32

If Ranveer Singh (Cirkus) cannot bring the audience in on his own. If he needs the film s subject to be engaging to pull the audience. Then is he really a crowd puller?

If Deepika Padukone (Chapaak) cannot bring the audience in on her own. If she needs the film s subject to be engaging to pull the audience. Then is she really a crowd puller?
If Rajkumar Rao (Vicky Vidya) cannot bring the audience in on his own. If he needs the film s subject to be engaging to pull the audience. Then is he really a crowd puller?

If Akshay Kumar (Bade Miyan Chote Miyan) cannot bring the audience in on his own. If he needs the film s subject to be engaging to pull the audience. Then is he really a crowd puller?

If Katrina Kaif (Merry Christmas) cannot bring the audience in on her own. If she needs the film s subject to be engaging to pull the audience. Then is she really a crowd puller?

And list can go in for every single actor / actress. So, applying this logic no one in the industry is a crowd puller.

You Said It!

Script matters for everyone.. if not script then some emotional connection like it did for Pathan.

Story most times will be the winning factor.

Shraddha certainly doesn't deserve this topic.

No I disagree. Stree 2 worked because of Shraddha. She was heavily promoted in trailer and promotions. Movie worked because of her popularity.

That’s all the actors who debuted after 2000. They all need several layers of padding to draw the crowds to the theaters. Literally none of them can do it on their own like the Khans can. Why single out Shraddha?

Shraddha has no ground-level popularity mate. Its all online buzz

Because Shraddha is the most overhyped of them all. I mean others at least have some sort of ground-level fanbase. Shraddha has none.Which can be seen in her career graph.

but not ALL OF THE credit.

End of the story.

---------------

Story, cinematography, supporting cast etc were good. But Shraddha should be acknowledged too. not that she needs it. She is already a quite successful actress despite her limited acting skill(which I don't find bad).
