There exist contracts that Netflix does with Hollywood (I suppose when it is about own productions?), but it also may be that Vijay just likes to work and gets interesting projects more for OTT-productions.

It was Radhika Apte and Nawaz at the beginning of Netflix India's boom (being part of multiple Netflix originals and releases), then Vikrant, and now Vijay (Vikrant, too). They are all super talented and deserve it.
