The movie was everything I had hoped it would be and more! Ithad everything, from emotion to comedy to real life seriousness. The message ittold was beautiful. The action in this film is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Seriously. Possibly the best action in any Bollywood movie.
The film was slightly long. but the time flew by. it didnt have any boring or slow parts. it was fast and action packed
the first half was great, the second half was even better. loved the interval.
SRK was amazing and the star of the show. he had 3 entries, i loved all three. i think the bald headed entry was my favorite with the papa srk entry being 2nd. in terms of his looks, how effin cool did papa SRK look? he should embrace that look. he doesnt need VFX to look young, stick with the grey haired papa SRK look. he was the best thing in the film. Bald SRK looked great too. SRK should stay away from clean shaves. he doesnt suit it at all in this day and age.
Nayanthara was awesome. I’ve never watched anyfilm of hers before. She was great throughout. I’m a fan now.
Deepika was good, but imo she wasn't needed. Don't get me wrong, i like her and SRK as a jodi but seeing them so soon after pathaan it's going to be an overkill for many. her role was good however, she had a 20 minute cameo, it was impactful. she looked stunning as allways.
The 6 girls (no idea what they’re called) were all equallygood and had a strong role. the first girls dad commiting suicide was sad. and the one that died was also sad.
Vijay Sethupathi was great. First time I’ve ever watched afilm of his. Will keep a look out for him for the future. I liked him a lot. the samosa line after Mufasa had the whole cinema laughing.
as did SRK's santa clause line.
The Sanjay Dutt cameo was awesome. great to see Sanju Baba on the big screen again. he definitely lightened the whole mood when he was on screen with his comedic timing. the credits scene with him and SRK being in on the plan together was fun to see.
All in all. I would highly recommend this to everyone. It is legit one of the best massy film i've ever seen.
5/5
