They're the ones who burned bras, destroyed govt property over the years, engaged in violent protests against legitimately elected governments just so they could have it their way. FIR doesn't mean he will be jailed. But if the case goes to court prosecution can easily establish that he has been repeatingly mocking national interests. Judge will anyway acquit him but with a rider sudhar jao agli bar action ho sakta hai. Which is a fair deal.🙏
