Na this still happens today. Sex with virgin is a popular bribe. Many girls willing do it for money or family. I have seen this hospitality industry. If the girl is minor, the adult male gets arrested even if the girl has consent. Child care committee gets involved. In some cases parents or guardians even lose custody of the minor. If the girl is adult and some how asks for help again the offending parties get arrested.

Janhvi debuted in 2018. Which means the film may have been shot in 2017. And she went on that family trip in 2016 where her new look was revealed, prior to that she needed to have done the work and allow it to heal and settle so there are high chances she got work done before turning 18. Same with Khushi in the same timeline and she was well under 18 when she got her face done
