The best way a man can deflect his statement is tk blame on someone. If his wife Kiran felt so, then they could have kept the conversation private.

If Aamir had no filter or could not understand what can be said in public, he should retire from acting. His entire career is made on public image.

Most of the bollywood including outsiders have connections with underworld. If you see someone's sudden improvement in filmography or lifestyle, then understand it exists. Jacqueline Fernandes relationship with a criminal for money and expensive goods.

Akshay gets massively trolled all the time. But remember that movie revolved around Paresh Rawal and those lines were his dialogues. So you need to blame Paresh Rawal.

But Akshay produced that film so why only Paresh should be blamed? Anyway Paresh is not blamed either. He blocks people if someone asks him about OMG.

I agree Aamir is bad with words and he always suffered due to his crap choice of words whether it was his dog blog against SRK or calling Yash Chopra a liar or calling Chetan Bhagat a publicity seeker etc. This India statement was a disaster and ruined his own deshbhakt image he had made through Sarfarosh, Lagaan, Mangal Pandey, Satyamev Jayate, Dangal etc.

It was no way to talk and he deserved the backlash.

I have never heard about Aamir being with underworld or having property in Dubai etc.

I do agree BW does not make films on other religions probably because India is a Hindu majority nation so films on Hindus are more likely to get audience. Who will be interested to see films questioning practices in Islam, Christianity, Sikhism? How many will relate to them? Now we make films on casteism among Punjab Sikhs, honour killings, female foeticide etc only in Punjabi because it is relatable to majority of audience there. Whereas Bollywood pretends there are no issues in Punjab and all only eat and do balle balle in lush green fields. Films are made for majority in any area.

Though I agree there is fear of backlash and violence or labeled Islamophobic if someone makes films like PK or OMG on Muslims.

After all backlash now I think BW will not make films on any religion.

When ever you sign a movie or a serial you are given the script with dialogues. It comes with a non disclosure agreement. You can get it changed if you have some issues with it. Or you can leave the movie and return the signing amount. Paresh Rawal is an experienced actor, who read and agreed to movie. He himself had no objection to anything. Akshay thought there is no wrong in maligning Hinduism as Hindus do not care. Now with BJP government, Hindus have found the lost confidence. Congress nearly killed hindu pride.

Aamir had seen SRK's rise to stardom under Yash Chopra and his friendship with Karan Johar. Aamir could never get the movies SRK did. Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar have same issues with SRK.

Nowdays if you have money any one can buy property anywhere. Even citizenship for entire family is available on sale. You do not need any underworld connections for it.

Hindus are tolerant. Rest of the religions are not. Muslims reacted violently to Nupur Sharma's statement. You cannot depict Sikh Gurus on screen using animation or characters. Christans reacted badly to the Vinci code movie. Nowdays Hindus have decided to protect their religion from outsiders.

Bollywood should stay away from religion and politics.

Why do Hindus make or write such films in first place or even have actors dress like gods? Do not allow it the way Sikhs and Muslims do not allow anyone to dress like own saints, gurus, prophets.

What outsiders are there when it is Hindus writing these scripts?

I would never call them intolerant if they never allowed casual portrayal and talk about their gods. What is use of crying later if you first yourself write crap scripts or dress up like gods?

Hindus are themselves taking names of own gods lightly. A Hindu couple even started making plush toys of gods for babies forgetting babies bite, tear or throw toys and will not treat gods with reverence. People lapped up their brand without thinking how wrong it is to make toddler toys depicting gods. Later you will cry blasphemy when baby breaks or tears the toy or takes own gods as playthings even after growing up.

Learn to respect own gods first rather than blaming others later.

Only boycott or harmless films is condemned. Those have no anti religion content. Otherwise who cares?

Boycott is also something you do only later. Otherwise we know what hits PK and OMG were.
