Why didn't Bollywood warm up to her?

She's beautiful and talented. She could have had a flourishing career. Same can be said of Ileana D' Cruz. Both debuted in 2012 and shared the best debut awrad for Zee Cine Awards.

Yes, she's underrated. I think Yami Gautam is extremely beautiful. She's also a good actress.

If you watch A Thursday and Bala, yes. I just hope she reigns in the braincells she borrowed from Kangana, they are really making me want to run away from her (movies)

Apart from talent luck also plays an important role.

She was my favourite debut of 2012. Such a gorgeous gorgeous girl, and tonnes of talent.

But the problem is, her daddy who has directed a few films, and worked for decades in TV and Radio... couldn't get her the same opportunities that Alia's cousin-uncle Mr. Johar could get.
