Not sure what we are discussing here but alia may be deserving but comparing her journey with other looks odd to me.

Alia is a heroine only because she belongs to the bhatt family. She had money to join shamak davars classes.

But since i am from south deepika had started her journey from south movies. Then she rose to bollywood. We all know how bollywood treat outsiders.

Every actors will have their own struggles. Glorifying alias looks stupid to me. 😆 PS i hate bollywood and all actors. As i feel they are glorified for no reason. But alia is no different 😃

Best part alia still needed kapoor patriarchy 😆 she still became part of the kapoors just because she felt its better to stay inside bollywood families 😆 than marrying some one outsiders. 😆

She was nothing without salman. Even after moving to ranbir she came back to salman for work who gave her ek tha tiger.

Katrina was always a glam doll not a actor. Even after her so called hardwork she could never learn acting.

And she was a bigger star than anushka only not deepika or alia. At least alia could learn acting over the period katrina couldn't.

Her PR is shrewd, more effective & eloquent than Deepika’s.

LOL! Did SRK not produce Dear Zindagi and Darlings? Did papa Bhatt and godfather Karan Johar not promote Alia and give her films and awards on a platter? Alia was literally shoved on audience until they grew to like her.

How is this challenging patriarchy?

Vidya Balan is the only one who managed to challenge Khan, Chopra, Johar patriarchy and carved her own niche.

Alia was not cast opposite Khans as she is too young compared to them and is younger than DP, Kat, Anushka. She would have made Khans look like child groomers next to her.

But it does not mean Khans or patriarch Bhatt and Johar did not promote her.
