This article actually makes me sad for Alia. It is trying so hard to make her look like an all-rounder package when she is clearly not. It also brings down so many other actors who worked really really hard on their own to be where they are today. We all shout PR PR for all these actresses but Alia's PR is downright one of the worst, shrewd and extremely insulting to everyone except the people who have last names Kapoor and Johar. Only exception is SRK bcoz he co-produced her first production as well as her debut movie. It brought down so many legendary actors' legacy too by calling out their method acting, dance skills, performance finesse and sex symbol status. Good to see that this article is being called out everywhere and very rightly so.

Now if someone comes and defends her even with such articles, then I am sorry, you are wasting your time.

I can agree with katrina as she was nothing without salman but anushka n deepika achieved success on their own unlike alia n katrina.

and lets not forget RRR her biggest hit was basically hafta for Kjos promotion of BB1 and 2 which helped Rajamouli break into hindi market

these movies have amazing range of performances, each one different from the other (main to supporting roles, even vamp) and her performnace was the highlight and will feature in not just her top list but all time greatest films of hindi cinema ( pyaasa, guide), and also of their legendary directors from guru dutt to vijay anand

the shot of waqt ne kiya kya haseein sitam with her standing is considered one of the greatest cinematography moments in hindi cinema

guides songs and her dance to them is considered among lata mangeshkar's best

and above all she started as a side dancer in telugu and did supporting roles in hindi and grew to that stature

alia's gangubai will not even feature in slbs top 3, leave alone all time greats

Wasn't there an article along the same lines as this that Kangu PR released when her movies were doing well. Her PR was trying to hail her as the superstar that doesn't need the khan's. As soon as I read the title of this article I remembered the Kangu one.

God Alia can never be original. Even her PR is copying other actresses PR 🤪.

I remember going gaga over this song and her looks in this movie. I also waited for the release of this movie so I could watch it first day first show in theaters.
I never waited for any of Alia’s works. The ones I did watch like the dulhaniya series I regret.
