The video was indeed gone. Looks like Ranbir himself couldn’t justify what he said and had to resort to the underhand means of using his influence to get it removed. He should’ve hired you instead to paraphrase it and explain the in between lines.

The video hasn't been deleted, the person who tweeted this video is a rk fan, and he posted it thinking that people would agree with rk and would bash actors such as rs who have done method acting in the past. But the tweet majorly backfired and people did not like what rk said, so now the the rk fan has made his account private

lol what an idiotic move by their own fanbase!!

These people have forgotten that in this digital age where everything is on the internet, you cant just wash your hands off so easily.

A lot of their hypocrisy and entitlement is being called out these days and I am here for it! be it any celeb!! Gone are the days where all these people were literally bowed down as idols and people worshipped every path they walked on!

OK tweet is available again. First part of his answer was fine where he’s talking about himself and how he works. He should have left it at that. Saying some actors do intellectual things and that’s stupid made him sound stupid, and I’m sure the irony of it was lost on him. No you are not saving the world here (his words, not mine) but there’s a lot to respect and admire about an artist taking his work seriously. There’s also an element of laziness and lack of passion when you say things like we are not saving the world here and it’s just a movie. Adding that method actors make the movie about themselves definitely sounds like a dig.

Exactly. It’s his prerogative not to use method acting or even finding it useless but he didn’t have to diss actors who do believe in it. There’s no correlation between method acting and havi an ego. And calling it stupid is just so out of line.
