No she wonot take a break. She can work till 9th month without heavy scenes (like dancing or running). So i think she will continue till then... And once delivery just a month or two rest is enough to bounce back... She will take a vacation of two months then back to shoot...

she may not take a break but the way the industry is towards women she will be moved to "senior or mature" actress category which means she can no longer do some badri ki dulhaniya type roles, historucal she is not a great fit for (kalank?)

so performace type roles , she has proved herself in that category but there very few of those roles and lot of competitors in different age groups from rani, kajol to kareena, vidya, priyanka, kangana

also kjo can't generate gangu, raazi, kahani, tanu weds manu type roles so she has look outside

she is smart though, will be interesting to see

No actor moves to senior or mature category.. it is the PH/industry who donot give such scripts anymore to these actress, as they take break of two to three years and audience might be moved on to next and industry /producers think now they had a baby they called pull young audiences so let's give mature roles only

But i donot think Alia will allow that to happen. And KJO will take care of it. He will definitely make badrinath sequel if required to prove it 😆

You're right about this. The audience has a stereotype about mothers. She won't really be able to do those young love dulhaniya type roles anymore. She looks really young but it's a mental shift for the audience.

She is smart though and has a lot of support from KJo so she will likely survive it a lot better than other BW moms did.

that is the way the industry is for women, khans though looking 60+ are all jawan acting with even the pooja hegdes, disha patanis while aishwarya, kareena who debuted after them are all "old".

every actor will act with atleast 3-4 generations of actresses

kjo himself has weakened, his films are tanking and if you look at the performance oriented roles in her career, they all came from outside

I don't know whether he can generate such roles in his production, he has limited creativity, also he is quite business minded

he is not the type to make the small budget arty movies which have heroine in the forefront like in malyalam or the roles nayantara or vidya do which again will be OTT

he is courting all the south makers because they have hits but those productions are all heavily male oriented movies

brahmastra and rocky rani will show some signs of what lies ahaead
