Also civil service officers are not chosen on the basis of their political leanings, so it doesnt matter if they were from UPA cadre. For all we know they could be BJP supporters deep down. They were complicit in BJP's witch hunt. That just makes them wrong no matter what.

An innocent boy was framed for crime he never did by People in power just because he was son of a famous MUSLIM superstar. Thats just the TRUTH.

So instead of trusting official statistics that are corraborated by government as well as various rights organizations, we should go with assertions you pulled out of thin air? Not a chance. But you can keep making it up for your audience. 😂

😂 sure since you give up 😂

Come to think of it, when was the last time there was proof against any of these guys... whether Salman khan or someone else. But that did not stop people here from constructing their hypothesis, did it? You see, when it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, people might just be right to think it is a duck😂

Indeed there has been history of consumption of narcotic substances.

Consuming narcotic substances is not criminal.

Speaking of "narcotic substances," tobacco falls under that umbrella term as well. Are we to assume that everyone and their mother who's been consuming tobacco in the form of paan and cigarettes might have also done cocaine just cuz you think that establishes a sound causation?! 🤷‍♀️

@bold: that's not within Indian jurisdiction cuz marijuana is legal in California. If he consumed something in his school premises (or anywhere in California for that matter) neither did it need an admission nor an explanation in India months later when he was arrested for something else and interrogated by the cops. If he was questioned about his college days as a part of a some protocol I'm not aware of, which was then sensationalized all over news channels, it's firstly unethical cuz that info was subjudice while the case was still ongoing and shouldn't have been a topic for public discussion to begin with.

I'm from California and people smoke weed very casually here. When they ask you if you smoke, it is implied that they're talking about weed, not cigarette -- that's how casual people are about it. I would never advocate use of drugs (there is a hierarchy here that you should keep in mind as well) and we can all safely establish that no one on this forum is doing any such thing -- so you can drop the entire "drugs is bad" argument. It's not a debatable topic - we all know drugs are bad and wreaks havoc in people's lives. Let it sink in -- no one believes that drugs are good. They are bad and that is unanimously agreed.

Offical statistics in India are a joke 😂😂. The government lies from every pore in their body.

You wanna know how much lies they tell in the name of official statistics....... During Covid the government said that only 20 people are dying in the state of Gujarat every day. Okay that was their offical record/statistics. Which they use to declare on national TV everyday. But the crematorium near my house use to burn around 80-100 bodies every day. That was the case for every single crematorium in the state. People use to wait in line for hours around the state to burn their loved ones bodies.

And that's just one of the lies they've told. There are a hundred more I can tell you about. So keep your government and their statistics don't lie stuff to yourself.

Let's not bring in the cuckoo stuff from the US. It's clear what narcotics was being talked about. Also, different laws, different culture. People shoot each other here like theyre at a gunfight at the OK Corral.😂 Doesn't mean India should copy. Other than the economy, california is also one of the most socially facked up states in the country. Too much dope. Too many addicts. We don't need that.

Covid reports were just amalgamated from the state level. Take it up with the states.

As for official stats, other than covid, even the western world trusts numbers out of India.. whether on gdp, or employment or inflation. Crime stats also have a long and independent history of verification.

So no, i wont keep the official stats to myself. Rather you should keep the wild extrapolations to yourself. 😂

Confessions (if they even exist) are not considered by courts anyway because they are never really voluntary. People in custody are basically forced into signing whatever is given to them. This stuff is created for a media narrative, not for the actual court.

People can ignore if they wish to.

The fact is need to consume banned narcotic substances leads people where they don't want to go.

Weed doesn't lead anyone anywhere except sleeping on their couch. We're not talking about crack and heroin. Talk with some sense of reality and drop the faux concern.
