Sorry to hear this Gul 😔 You shouldn't have to deal with such nasty people at a place you spend most of the day.

If possible, try to call them out. Next time they pass a comment, tell them that was uncalled for/mean. They may not even realize what they're doing and how they're making you feel.

If they are intentionally being mean, let me know if you need me to come and

Change the job if u find better one . Depends on situation . Keep calm when necessary n talk to supervisor when he is in good mood n kind to you . Slowly handle him n give back to him in his language only .

My darling, I’m so sorry that you’re going through this. No job in this world is worth risking your mental well-being. If the environment doesn’t make you feel safe and supported, then that’s your cue to leave. I promise you, there are better places out there, places that are worthy of you.

If leaving is not an option, then you have to be assertive. Stand up and confront these assholes. If you stay quiet, they’ll assume to have the upper hand over you. You tell them to their face that you’re not going to tolerate their bullshit, so it’s in their best interest to shut the fuck up before you shove a spiked pole up their ass and twist it. Maybe not exactly those lines (😆), but just make them aware that you’re not somebody who they can walk all over. If need be, get management and HR involved.

Last resort is to call me and Bollyqueen. We’ll sort them out.

Am sorry to hear that you are facing this at work..it will get better don't worry 🤗 covid lockdowns and wfh setup has messed up many people and made them vicious and evil. First things first take it up to your Manager/HR. Then whenever you are subjected to bullying give it back in same tone laced with sarcastic smile.. trust me nothing gets to a bully than being taken to be a frivolous non entity. Make them feel unimportant. Good luck and be strong. Post covid world is not for weak hearted so we all have to get tough 🤗
