How do you deal with assholes at work who leave no opportunity of putting you down or passing a nasty comment.

Its mentally exhausting dealing with such ch*#+@$

They are doing so because they are taking you for granted or taking advantage of your weaknesses.

You can make them realize that it looks very rude when they behave like this. If the person is a boss or senior, you still need to make that person realize that its rude.

Such people are cowards, have low self-esteem and no self-respect.

Even at your new job, you will get similar people. I guess it's the same everywhere in corporate culture.

Reporting to HR may lead to even more vicious personal attacks and the situation might worsen.

The only solution is to gather some courage (trust me you have it in you), believe in yourself, go for the jugular and counter attack them. You will find a lot of mental peace.
