One time when I was 7 I microwaved the remote control. I thought it needed a spark ⚡️ 😆

I was grounded for some weeks 🤣

But the worst thing was we didn’t have any way to change the channel for a while 😆

I hope the remote didn't explode. You musta been a nightmare to babysit but that's not surprising at all. 😆

So, I just remembered this one.😆

I almost jumped off a building holding hands with a boy when we were both 7. We weren't trying to jump off the entire building cuz even at the age of 7, we weren't THAT dumb. But there was a cemented patio just one floor down the terrace where we thought we could land in one piece, alive.

We would have been seriously injured or died though cuz that was still far enough and not feasible by any means. But we thought it was at the time with our 7 year old sense of physics. Our inspiration was action movies where heros could jump off buildings without breaking a bone. Akshay Kumar, perhaps.

Right when we were about to take the plunge, his dad showed up and frantically got us out of there. A lot of it is blurry but I remember him taking us down to a common room where all the aunties and uncles were gathered around a circle including my parents.

I knew I was in deep shit and started crying. I also remember him grabbing my two arms/shoulders to lift me up and parade my miserable, teary eyed, totally busted, 7 year old ass to everyone, to tell them what a monster I was behind my well-behaved facade. Thankfully, everyone could tell that it was his son's idea and that I was just an accomplice.😆

His son was the most notorious kid in the entire neighborhood and I'm pretty sure he got a well deserved punishment for it but I don't remember following up on that. We are still friends though and he is married to someone else.😆

I remember falling off of a one storied building when I was trying to pluck two two mangoes at the same time from the neighbor’s tree. I was so tiny that my body weight couldn’t sustain the pull from the tree and I fell off from there and landed right in the midst of the aunties sitting there doing something. I had the mangoes intact in both my hands though and I landed in style like spiderman(according to the aunties- of course they didn’t say ‘in style’ 😆) . Luckily nothing happened to me but to escape from further trouble I acted all confused ‘mein koun hu mein kaha hu’ types. 😆I was 8, at that time!

🤣

That could have gone either way but I'm glad you weren't hurt. I know the perks of being a feather weight kid cuz I was one too. Smart of you to pull off the "main kaun hoon, kahaan hoon" act ....what good are bollywood movies if you can't wiggle out of sticky situations, right?!😆

Hopefully your mom wasn't like mine who could always tell when I was bluffing! 😆

Went to a restaurant with pitaji. In my city we need to pay for food first then we sit down and eat. He handed over wallet to me and I went near counter to pay. I the dumbass didn't hear the uncle in the counter properly, so he asked about food /water and I thought he was asking me "is he your boyfriend?" I replied "he's not my bf he's my father".

Once this was done the uncle had a wtf expression and i went towards table. There was a group of girls too, they heard what I said and they giggled, and the uncle asked them what I said to him. They repeated word by word what I told him and they kept giving me looks till I was there.

Ewww the cringe. The moment I said the line I was like why he's asking and why I even said that. Uff still feeling the awkwardness crawl through my skin.

LMAO.

Uncle: beta, would you like some water with your food?

You: WTF. You are SICK. That's not my BF. That's my FATHER.

I cant stop laughing at Haal-e-Dill embarrassing moment because I did the same thing but on my phone. On the other end of line someone was asking something else and I responded something else. They again asked and I still gave wrong answer. Third thing that person said abe Behra hai kya 😆

I still have phobia of attending calls and prefer text.

This reminds me when I wanted to break it off with someone I called her saying we can’t continue the relationship. Cause I’m in a coma 🤣🤣

I wasn’t a nightmare but it wasn’t a paradise either 🤣

A few years ago I got my tonsils taken out and I was all groggy. My family visited me and I said “if anyone ever gets sick don’t use this doctor” 🤣

But don’t feel bad for me feel bad for my family. They had to leave the room with that doctor 😆

LMFAO! 🤣

Reminds me of the time I spent over 30 minutes looking for my phone while I was telling my friend over the phone that I can’t find it. They were like.. then how are we talking right now? 🤦🏽‍♀️

Another time, I wore my glasses and my left eye was even more blurry after wearing it. I thought my left eye had been cured overnight because I could only see clearly through my right eye when wearing my glasses. Broke the news to my mum and she looked at me and was like ‘the left lens of your glasses is missing’. 🤣

Your mother when you walk up to her to declare you have breaking news about yourself (after already hearing about your self-diagnosed cancer, miracle-cured eyesight, accusation of being poisoned):
