People say they have unhealthy babies, lies since I seen some of the kids they had grow up to be smarter and healthier than average kids. I saw younger women having child with disabilities or health problems. So age is nothing but a number. We can’t play God and say older women are at risk for having kids because we don’t know

We do know. There is so much research out there about:

1) Kids being born with genetic abnormalities because of maternal age. Yeah, there are exceptions to every rule, but would you knowingly and purposefully, take a chance with your own kid when there are other options available? As a mother, I would do anything in the world to make sure my child was safe, including surrogacy.

2) Age is not just a number. Can any 40+ year old here claim with a straight face they can do the same things they did in their 20s? It's the same for pregnancy and child birth. Those things are physically taxing.

"Priyanka doesn't have any fertility issues preventing her from having a baby, but she is 39 now, so it's not getting any easier. Their busy work schedules also mean that it's difficult for them to physically be together to conceive when she is ovulating, so some time ago they went down the surrogacy route."

WTF... this is the reason they chose surrogacy?

Did it come from PC or Nick? If so, they would have broken U.S. law. So highly doubt it.

In Hollywood and in Bollywood we have seen women in their 40's and even 50's having kids so it's not something unheard of, show me the research of all of them having abnormal with their childbirth. Both Amrita rao and kareena like I said is around the same age as priyanka and they had kids

Since you said it is risky to have kids after 30, tell me why there are laws against women wanting their tubes tied and have to go through difficult trouble with both surrogate and tube tied? why doctors always want a woman to come back after years later to decide if she really wants tube tied? don't you think since doctors said after 35 is risky to have kids, why they have laws to stop women from not wanting kids or wanting surrogate? don't you think they should not be laws if there is risk involved?

In her case she is a Nullipara.

Not after 30. 35 is the cutoff age to be called elderly primipara.

And reproductive biology is fact no matter how many times anyone claims otherwise. Maybe technology will advance some day to where it can be overcome, but we're not there yet.

Could you quote me the law you mentioned which makes VOLUNTARY tubal ligation, not FORCED, difficult for women?

FYI, this is what ACOG says on sterilization:
