1.They must all be seeing the same doctor, stylist etc since they all kind of look the same.
2. They have all been doing fewer films and putting all their eggs in one basket. As opposed to the older generation who'd do more films and learn their craft faster. And there's bound to be at least 1 or 2 hits among the 5 or 6 released in a year. The older actors like the Khans can get away with it but not a newbie. But other than Akshay Kumar none of the actors are releasing too many films a year. That's the new norm. I've seen Anil Kapoor being puzzled at the way his children are handling their career and being selective. He and his contemporaries have rushed from set to set and making hay while the sun shines.
3.With fewer films being released each year they have to keep the public's attention via ads(leading to audience getting tired of seeing them on TV all the time) or link-ups or other PR cooked up gimmicks which could backfire.
Yeah I get why older actors do fewer movies now (if anything Akshay should do it too) but the younger ones should be working all the time and delivering lots of movies. that's the way it usually works and they improve their craft that way & develop.
These new actresses are already acting like they are so special that they can take breaks. And all the social media bs from them with their annoying PR is just too much.
In terms of appearance they look like clones of each other while 90s-2000s actresses were very diverse
