Which actress can be a good TV show host?

Most reality show anchors are males from Bollywood.

Most successful anchors are also men - Amitabh, Salman etc.

The only actress till date who had a successful stint as anchor is Sonali Bendre with Kya Masti Kya Dhoom in 2000 on Star Plus. Or Simi Garewal as a talk show host.

Farida Jalal also managed some success of a celebrity chat cum game show called Star Yaar Kalaakar in 90s on Sony.

Actresses have mostly succeeded as judges of reality shows but rarely as anchors and hosts.

Which film actresses, in your opinion, would succeed as an anchor or host on T.V. and have the personality to connect with live audience, hold the stage for an hour or 2?

I think Vidya Balan can be a good host

Yes I referred to Sonali's show. It was Kya Masti Kya dhoom on Star Plus in 2000. A dance reality show with kid contestants. Sonali was adorable in it and gelled well with audience and kids alike.

Idk about host, but dp can be a good judge with em glycerin tears

Samantha already hosted Bigg Boss and had her own chat show.

I think female hosts are more common there. Khushbu also used to host a show.
