I'm not sure why that would be considered poor. It's in the same range as the last two Rani starers (Mardaani 2 & Hichki) which both finished at 46cr.

They've also had issues getting shows set because Sooryavanshi still wants to hog the majority - so hard to do pre-sales.

I don’t know about India but here in USA where I live, Sooryavanshi is still going strong with almost 50%occupancy even on the weekdays. B&B is opening tomorrow with only 3 shows but Sooryavanshi is still holding strong all the 4 shows with 2 extra shows on Saturday.

The film was promoted very poorly .. I don’t know why ..

First film was saved by Aishwarya Rai & Alisha Chinai

This film doesn't have any good song. Bunty is also not there. Nobody goes for Rani. Only Pankaj Tripathi can save the film.
