Good.. because now I do find it hard to even respect your opinion .. ๐Ÿ˜†

Not being attracted to kpop guys because they just don't do it for you for whatever reasons is sexuality not bigotry ..

Not being attracted to kpop guys because they are "weird" or "undesirable" or "disgusting" and making statements such as "you don't understand how anyone can be attracted to them " is bigotry ..

If innate means nothing to you , you are implying that sexuality is a choice .. now that opens a whole other can of worms ..

Geez! You need to learn to use equal to sign. A rectangle can be a square doesn't mean I think rectangle = square. Beliefs can be bigoted doesn't mean belief = bigotry!

Quoting from Cambridge dictionary, definition of bigotry:

strong, unreasonable ideas, esp. about race or religion

Quoting from Oxford dictionary:

obstinate or unreasonable attachment to a belief, opinion, or faction

If innate means nothing to you , you are implying that sexuality is a choice .. now that opens a whole other can of worms ..

Again, strawman and false binary. I am asking you to clarify what do you mean by innate? I even gave you a hint, do you mean genetic predisposition.

These are two contradictory statements. First you said for "whatever reason" doesn't mean it is bigotry, then gave examples of reasons which qualify it for bigotry. I think I am done after this.

Quoting dictionary is an age old tactic used on this forum .. if it helps further your argument , by all means go for it .. otherwise , it ends up being a "mooh" point ( context - F.R.I.E.N.D.S ) .. So might I suggest you put your dictionary to better use ..๐Ÿ˜†

Beliefs can be bigoted doesn't mean belief = bigotry ... similarly bigotry can be channeled under the guise of sexual preferences doesn't mean one should be crucified for their sexual preferences on baseless "woke" grounds ..

And I quite agree , those are two contradictory statements .. that was the whole point of it after all ! .. it was to contradict "sexual preferences" from "bigotry" .. yes , you are done .. you better be ! ..๐Ÿ˜†

what about how social conditioning dictates what you perceive as feminine and masculine..the stereotypes attached to genders...which are the underlying factors why someone is not attracted to effeminate men

Nevermind.

I don't want to take this argument further.

Iโ€™m too scared to dye my hair. Iโ€™m a brunette and Iโ€™ve had this boring hair colour for all of my 29 years lol. To make up for not changing my hair colour, I constantly style it. My hair is half straightish with some weird ass chunks of wavy bits in the back. I love straight hair BTW you lucky lucky human ๐Ÿ˜†

I started out with purple. Switched to blue after some time. Then I did a purple-blue gradient for a while. Finally, for the past few years I have settled on a 5 colour gradient - sea green, indigo blue, purple, pink, and yellow.

Yup much safer, I get to keep the integrity of my hair and the damaged bits slowly get trimmed with time. The bleached tips do get brittle. Mine is dip dyed from the back and the hair that frames my face is almost fully done (up till my forehead - I avoid the roots), and the rest is my natural, virgin brown.

Lol now is it lucky when my hair is boring and almost impossible to style?

p.s. sorry for going off topic.

Wow! Thatโ€™s definitely a range of colours you have going there. Sounds lit ๐Ÿ”ฅ Yup, I think thatโ€™s where my sister screwed up and years later, sheโ€™s still paying the price.

Because if I had to choose between curly, straight or MY hair then Iโ€™ll choose straight. Itโ€™s easier to maintain. I also have super soft hair so whenever I curl it, I have to spray a shit load of hair spray and yet itโ€™ll still uncurl after a few hours.

P.S. In order to stay on topic, Iโ€™ll ask you if you have any particular preference or attraction towards effeminate men or tomboy girls? ๐Ÿ˜†

what's this from and meaning ๐Ÿ˜•

Itโ€™s from a famous poet Mirza Ghalib. I first heard it in a TV show and thought it sounded amazing. I also had no idea what it meant but once I searched it up, I fell in love.

Copying and pasting the translation

Aah ko chaahiye ik 'umr asar hone tak,

Kaun jeeta hai teri zulf ke sar hone tak.

A lifetime passes before a sigh shows its effects.

Who would wait so long to see your curls fixed up?

Expanded explanation: Ghalib laments that it would take a lifetime of sighs of the lover to have an influence (or effect) on the heart of the beloved. Who knows who will live so long so see this fructify. Who will live so long to see your hairs properly arranged and your small nuances (curls of your hairs could mean the tangled/mysterious ways of your life) to get resolved.

Hum ne maana ke taghaful na karoge lekin

Khaak ho jaayenge ham tumko khabar hone tak

True, you'd respond without least delay,

But ere you come to know, I'd be no more.

Expanded explanation: I know you will not be indifferent to me, but I may have died and turned to dust when the news of my situation reaches you. The poet says that I know you will not be apathetic towards me forever, but it could be that by the time you care to inquire about my well being (or respond to my love); I may be dead and turned to dust.
