Stars like to call this kind of bully activity, a prank! Imagine being that poor guy, how ur heart racing like crazy wondering what u did wrong??

It's not a friend-friend doing a prank, it's a boss someone of higher power and position thinking he is pranking an employee!

This isn’t a boss employee dynamic

They are collaborating to create the event ...srk is the performer but he’s not paying for the organisation of the event...he’s getting paid by the organisers and hence is employed too

Also, clearly they have an informal enough environment where u can hug co workers like that so the vibe is entirely diff from a corporate boss - employee equation

you know stars play prank like this on staff all the time? Makes them feel great, like they are having fun...but that fun is at someone else's expense. They might not be specifically the boss, the power dynamic is there...

Just imagine, if the tables were turned and SRK was the bakra in this prank...Would he be all nice and polite? Someone of his statue, with his ego...you think he will laugh with them and take it on the chin?
