Are you Bhakts on crack? Afghanistan was never part of India. Their culture languages are iranic in origin not Indic. Historically India started at Peshawar
Have you heard about Chandragupta Maurya's treaty with Seleucus Nicator? Any standard history book will tell you that Seleucus Nicator ceded the Hindu Kush, Punjab and parts of Afghanistan to Chandragupta Maurya in exchange of few war elephants.
I am no history scholar, but this is basic history we are taught in school.
Afghanistan was very much a part of India / Bharat / Aryavart.... whatever you call it, till Harsha's rule.
After that, Md. Quasim attacked India in 700+ CE and captured some parts of Afghanistan from king Dahir. But after the Mughals settled in, Akbar again brought it under his reign & it remained part of Mughal empire till Aurangzeb's times. In the later Mughal's time, Afghanistan again broke away from Mughal hold. But long after the 3rd Panipat battle, a Sikh King Raja Ranjit Singh captured some areas of Afghanistan again, from the grand son of Ahmad Shah Durrani (Abdali). And it was a part of British India until it was separated by the Durand line.
I can't tell you the exact dates and years (as I no longer remember them).... but you can check it from any history book, or at least, can google about it.
