It didnt flop. It grossed 77 crores or something. But everyone wants 100 I suppose. Within its budget it was termed Hit 😎

The movie was a hit and rightfully so. What an amazing film, easily one of my favorites and what performance. Fawad, man!

A good timepass movie with weak direction.

Had Kapoor & Sons been released in recent times on streaming it would have been well acclaimed and received. It is a simple film that beautifully handled the complexities of family relationships.

Certain movies are made for the big screen. They may not be as meaningful but have hype and histrionics suited to a packed movie hall. Others are small screen movies meant to be enjoyed with small groups in home settings. Kapoor & Sons is the latter and that's why it flopped. Going forward I think some filmmakers will exclusively make OTT movies.

I thought the movie was a hit and crossed 100 cr. It’s a rare good movie from Dharma . I really liked the movie .

It was a beautiful movie. I have so many memories attached to it, I saw it on a date hahahaah.

Will never forgive bollywood for what they did to Fawad.

Not 100 Crore only like 80. But I believe it was an outright HIT
