David Dhawan has one of the all time best hit records in the industry. He clearly knows what he's doing and is just a master at giving audiences what they want. Online trolling has never bothered him because the masses consistently come out to watch his movies so there's really no reason for him to do anything differently.

When majority of the audiencr stops steaming ur film within 15 minutes of its duration, that is the recipe of a disaster.

DD has a good track record yes, but he was making south remakes, had fab actors, screenplay and music. Hero. No 1 was one such example. Unless its a direct sequel starring Govinda and Karishma along with a newer hero and heroine it won't work.

DD got a good hit track record but that is in 90s with govinda,his 90s hits being remake in current era will not work and stop ruining varun's career and hardwork it can be seen that he is being pressurise to fit the shoes of govinda salman which he is not comfortable at all

online trolling and bashing happens becos most of them are 90s kids and grown up watching Raja Babu Coolie No 1 Hero No 1 Saajan Chale Sasural even though they are remakes of south films but they were entertaining in current times but not in this era

remake of Raja Babu i can see the worst coming out of the film and the remake version of Sar Kay Lo Khatiya🤮
