Rhea is not doodh ki dhuli for sure.. And what u call witch hunt.. Not all Indian public was involved in it.. Though majority believe she has a hand.. More like a pawn.

Republic's theories r not ruled out completely.. Too early to say.

Kangana has never been consistent

And surely you can't be comparing several mainstream news channels' constant coverage of the SSR case to those silly WhatsApp forwards?

And just out of interest, what part of India do you come from? And which party do you support? Because I will literally ROTFL if you say INC after saying you don't like BJP because they throw people in jail for opposing them and incite riots against minorities 🤪

Bold: Yeah, silly WhatsApp forwards. 🤪

No offence, but arguing with you on politics is like trying to explain Ph.D level mathematics to a 6th grader. Btw I hate the INC with a passion, but that's not even the point here. Leave Indian politics, I doubt you even understand politics of ANY nation anywhere.

Why don't you do some reading and research first? Especially regarding how Fake News came to be such an epidemic in India and the workings of news channels such as Republic and Times Now?

You really need to read real history and not extreme right-wing Whatsapp forwards.

The Nazis won the highest percentage of votes in 1932, more than any other party. Funny that they also used words like "nationalism" - one of the most destructive forces in the world. They also had a propaganda minister to spread fake news, akin to how the BJP is using people like Arnab and the IT Cell.

This is from one of the biggest newspapers in Germany:

Someone who underestimates Indian public by saying "they earned it" is supposed to be an educated person in politics. Irony dies.

The whole story.. Hitler wasnt the one they voted for.. People voted for the left candidate and he established Hitler at top.

Thanks for bringing this up.. Now we clearly know whom not to vote for

Repeating yourself over and over does not make what you say the truth. Random wiki links again prove nothing when your premise itself is wrong.

Germany has a parliamentary system and the Nazis were voted into power by 37% of the votes, which was far higher than any other party got. The people voted the Nazis into power. The majority of the public supported the hate-mongers more than other parties.

That was the original point- that the majority believing anything does not make it right automatically.

The Modi period will go down in Indian history as one of its darkest. The people who supported this menace will be shamed the same way as the Germans were by the rest of the world. When the war ended, Germans were forced to visit concentration camps to see what Hitler had done and to show them they were complicit in what happened. They couldn't just throw up their arms and claim they had nothing to do with it.

Hate and bloodlust never has a good ending.

I firmly believe the opposite will happen.

Um with exception to crimes (which the extreme example of MOB LYNCHING would most definitely come under), I am afraid that the rule of democracies world over is that majority rules 🤷🏽‍♀️

This doesn’t mean one caste, race, religion or gender people should have more rights than others or get away with CRIME just because they are more in numbers, but that the government will normally and should try to do what the majority of the public want.

But yeah democracy is achieved through allowing public to vote and the party with the most votes then doing what the public want them to, except in cases of crime or extreme injustice.

Turns out I may not be the one who doesn’t understand Indian politics (or the concept of democracy) after all 🙃

I’ll believe this narrative the day BJP come anywhere CLOSE to doing the things the Nazi party did 🙄

What a massive joke to compare just about any right wing party to Hitler 😭

That way any left wing party can be compared with Mao and Stalin...

Oh wait many left wingers in India actually LIKE those people 🙃🙃
