What do people expect?

On SSR case

The primary investigation stated that it was a case of suicide . There were protests and then the case is handed over to CBI and the investigation is in progress . So far there is no conclusive statement that it wasn't a suicide .

But I guess even if they conclude that it was a suicide , people will still demand justice for SSR.

Sushant was wronged with unfair treatment in Bollywood .The stress, frustration might have led to suicide or there could be some unknown behind his murder ,let the authorities decide it , but the belief that Sara, Shraddha , or the Bollywood gang killed him is unconvincing.

One of the major development happened in Sushant's case was, it led to drug investigation. Eventually Indian media got big fish like DP, Shraddha and Sara.

What did you expect from these actors ?

I mean it is quite funny that majority are surprised when the alleged maal chat circulated . Did you really expect that they were Suraj bharatya heroine type in real life. Did you really expect that when they were summoned by NBC they will confess that " yes I take drugs , regularly or occasionally and I will name drug buddies ". The fact is even if they confess it , NBC cannot arrest them , for arresting them NBC has to prove that they consumed it and the delivered amount was above the narcotics act.And I seriously doubt if they were not celebrities they will be summoned because of few chat messages exchanged on 2017. Usually the probing happens when they get caught with drugs, then immediately the drug test will take place or the convicted people should give conclusive evidence .

And what did the reporters expect ?

A few of them shouting to Sara ,did you give drugs to SSR ? Are you a druggie . Seriously ?SSR was not a toddler to get influenced by every tom, dick and Harry . They should remember that she was a newcomer in his film , with her influence she may have the privilege to influence the director and extend her role but influencing him to enjoy drugs is farfetched.

We do this quite often , harsh criticism, mocking , judging people ,posting toxic comments in SM , when one of our victim commits suicide we blame everyone except our little contribution. Of course tit for tat messages from fans are inevitable but we should be mindful of the toxicity we give and take. They are associated with entertainment industry , their only responsibility is entertaining us , whether to believe and worship them based on PR strategy is our decision but when our decision is correct we won't expect them as flawless pure souls. The only people answerable to you is the elected rep not the film or sports celebrities.
