i really don't think deepika is a drug addict, maybe she smoked/hash weed from time to time, but i don't think she is hooked onto it

but we must hear deepika's side aswell, it is unfair for everyone to put all these labels on her without hearing a statement from her side

and i say the same for any actor or actress that is accused of taking drugs, hear their side aswell instead of completely tearing them down

The thing is on showbusiness if she was game enough to try weed then she might have been game enough for coke.

I was thinking she might be a coke addict or some other meds. I'm not saying she IS but I feel one is allowed to have doubts because in showbusiness people eat everything and in these kinds of jobs to hold the rythm she has she must have run on something.

I'm personally not tearing her down as I can understand that in some fields it can be hard to hold on mentally and physically without this and Deepika is one of those who had the craziest schedule.

I don't condone drugs but I won't condemn those who are using because it's there body and responsibility.

Ultimately, I hope she won't be be a scapegoat along with the other named persons because then it wouldn't be just as they aren't even the only one who might have used.

Just don’t assume anything.

Someone who is an addict will have its own bag at all time at home.

someone who doesn’t like weed will have a hard time to cope with cocaine.

it’s a wild thing to assume about anyone. Stop this.

Also there are also people who end up in psychiatric centers because of weed and other drugs. People have to stop downplaying their bad effects on mental health and body.

Everything has side effects... too much junk food is linked to a higher risk of obesity, depression, digestive issues, heart disease and stroke, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and early death.. that’s why you have to be careful about it! Here the point is legal and illegal as you said weed is illegal because health issues.. where legal alcohol and smoking is much more harmful than illegal weed

Even sonam, anuskha might be drug addicts, I am sure a lot of actresses do drugs but seems like only deepika, Sara and another girl would take the blame while actors rs rk and others escaped from this.

I have shared this in another thread. But I was wondering why Deepika is being center of attention in this , Sharada's name also came, maybe Deepika is bigger star n called Female SRK. But it seems more to do as well with her JNU visit, which was shocking to me as why would she get involved into dirty politics n go for or against any govt.

Rumours were she was paid 5 cr , But I don't think she would risk her reputation for few crores or even for promotion of her film. I don't know if these stars are forced to do such stuff given how funding for their movies come from anti national element as bollywood underwold nexus work. Seen pictures of her , ranveer n every bollywood star with Aneel Musarat who is known to have links with ISI. Now this is to be seen if they are trapped n have to Bow down to them with no support from police Bz I seriously don't know why someone like Deepika could Risk going to JNU , it cannot be for just her movie promotions. I can still imagine Anurag kasayp n gang going for it , not her.

Madhu Mantena ..what does NCB leak about him?

I think they are struggling a bit with DP's case as of now.

But KJO might be in trouble-drugs were seized from that Dharma guy's house.Rakul has named 4 stars he supplied to..That may be another thread they will follow... get hold of passwords and go after anyone mentioned.

Control of Film industry has been every political party's ultimate aim.Film industry controls content and mass adulation.Best Propaganda machinery available to them.

Fans of actors who are no more,or past celebs..and fans of right wing politics can gloat.(absolutely nothing wrong with being rightists or leftists-The world is divided into left and right-a 5% shift can bring down any party in power). The Right is in power now .It is their time.

marijuana is very much part of Indian culture. Lord shiva is called god of marijuana.

why do you think India made such a strict law for common drugs like marijuana to begin with? The law was made under tremendous pressure from US during Rajiv gandhi regime. US was fighting their drug war and many countries signed document to take action against drugs. US wanted other countries to support them in their fight. India at the last Moment made such stupid laws regarding drugs that it had mandatory death sentence even for small possessions. But then court said this is not right, and then laws was changed a bit recently. It is the law which follows the principle of guilty unless proven innocent.

Many other countries have changed laws since but Indian laws are not changed with time. There are only 1% people who are doing hard core drugs and 99% druggies police arrests are poor people, labour who has soem grams of marijuana. Even for hard drugs addicts, cost of putting them under trial and jail is much much higher than rehabilitation. Putting them in jail doesn’t even do anything good to society. But we are too rigid to change with time and situation.
