Maybe Kashyap is consulting a lawyer before presenting his case as the allegation is directly on him and is of a very serious nature .. Maybe he doesn't want to take chances.. The long silence is however not a characteristic of him

For all we Anurag may very well be a promiscuous man( not a crime if the consenting partners are unmarried).. If he ignored sexual harassment by his associate then that is also a crime... But then even a criminal can't be hanged for a murder he didn't commit

If we were to debate about this particular case, then I must say that that a lot of things are shady prima facie.

I watch Anurag's movies but have never been a fan of his lifestyle or the way he and his buddy Kunal Kamra present their political views .. But I find the timing very suspicious..maybe the woman thought that it is the best time to speak up.. But I for one won't take sides here.. If the allegations are true then I hope it is proved to be true else it can be very damaging for women in the showbiz

Actually, complaining a real life sexual harassment cases around in workplace. Its a tricky situation. What if the victim doesn't come forward. All you can do is drop a message to an "ombudsperson" and in Bollywood they don't have such an option. When you are famous, the stakes are higher. Going through a legal course is a lengthy, taxing process. Also due consideration has to be taken if it was reported or not. One has to at least make a complaint or if nothing works get out of the situation. If someone is forcefully raped get out of the situation.

Maybe the should form an independent organisation against sexual exploitation in the highly disorganised industry.

Incase when people get unsolicited sexual pics/ messages from someone it's better to tell that person off. Sometimes people pick up wrong ques.I have got objections text messages from guys at times but generally, incase of known guys.. they will stop and not bother you again. Viewing explicit content will only cause damage if one is underage.

For Mahima's case, don't know how it blew out of proportion. Like, ok even if he asked for a nude pic unsolicited, she could have easily blocked him? She lied, played the victim and everyone believed her.

Really shameful.

Let there be a proper investigation. She deserves to be heard and Anurag also should be able to defend himself. I don't think it's possible to take any side here without knowing any details.

True.. Hope a proper mechanism is established at least now. Just hope it doesn't degenerate into a slanging match.. Name calling is all that is done nowadays

Her social media posts look dubious.. But can't discount her charges based on that.. But a few incidents that I have personally witnessed makes me not take every complaint of sexual harassment at the face value..

Hope we see a resolution quickly.. The villain of this incident needs punishment..
