No, justice for Sushant Singh Rajput cannot and SHOULD NOT wait up for us to understand other things happening as a direct result of the case. It should be more on the lines of : While people continue seeking justice for Sushant, they should keep their eyes open to the fact that his death is being used for nefarious means and condemn the circus. His death has lead to unimaginable levels of public indecency in the name of seeking justice.
Every single nonsensical behaviour should have stopped after the CBI came in. If the idea was seeking justice for Sushant, that should have stopped both sides from playing their lil games. But naah. It's still on and still nauseating as ever because the idea isn't just justice, clean-cut. Its taken the form of mob justice. When the outrage first began, I could still understand the rage. Not trusting the Mumbai Police was also understandable. The call for a CBI investigation seemed ideal to me. But like with everything in India, people don't know where to stop. Where to draw the line. Even with CBI investigations on the way, conspiracy theories are being discussed. Killers are getting confirmed. From what evidence? Who knows. Apparently people on Twitter know how to be better detectives than the CBI.
We need strict media laws in his country esp about how you report a death what you can discuss and not discuss on national TV, and how people should be held accountable for the shit they say and they print. All the PR articles calling Sushant crazy still angers me. Ankita making a mockery of Sushant's mental health and mental health in general still angers me. This country needs laws cause it's gotten way outta control. My blood boils and heart breaks thinking about how Disha's death has been treated. Is it a joke to people to term a girl's death as rape when her ageing parents are still mourning? That was the limit.
Along with strict media policies, the judiciary should make sure that no political party is able to milk someone's death for their propaganda. Its quite evident who's trying to play regional politics here in the name of justice.
Seriously, if it was actually about justice the circus would have long stopped with the CBI. But it's no longer about that. Hopefully, CBI sets the record straight and shuts everyone up.
