No, justice for Sushant Singh Rajput cannot and SHOULD NOT wait up for us to understand other things happening as a direct result of the case. It should be more on the lines of : While people continue seeking justice for Sushant, they should keep their eyes open to the fact that his death is being used for nefarious means and condemn the circus. His death has lead to unimaginable levels of public indecency in the name of seeking justice.

Every single nonsensical behaviour should have stopped after the CBI came in. If the idea was seeking justice for Sushant, that should have stopped both sides from playing their lil games. But naah. It's still on and still nauseating as ever because the idea isn't just justice, clean-cut. Its taken the form of mob justice. When the outrage first began, I could still understand the rage. Not trusting the Mumbai Police was also understandable. The call for a CBI investigation seemed ideal to me. But like with everything in India, people don't know where to stop. Where to draw the line. Even with CBI investigations on the way, conspiracy theories are being discussed. Killers are getting confirmed. From what evidence? Who knows. Apparently people on Twitter know how to be better detectives than the CBI.

We need strict media laws in his country esp about how you report a death what you can discuss and not discuss on national TV, and how people should be held accountable for the shit they say and they print. All the PR articles calling Sushant crazy still angers me. Ankita making a mockery of Sushant's mental health and mental health in general still angers me. This country needs laws cause it's gotten way outta control. My blood boils and heart breaks thinking about how Disha's death has been treated. Is it a joke to people to term a girl's death as rape when her ageing parents are still mourning? That was the limit.

Along with strict media policies, the judiciary should make sure that no political party is able to milk someone's death for their propaganda. Its quite evident who's trying to play regional politics here in the name of justice.

Seriously, if it was actually about justice the circus would have long stopped with the CBI. But it's no longer about that. Hopefully, CBI sets the record straight and shuts everyone up.

Kuch bhi!

Yes it would have a impact.

Bihari migrants always have been targets of two marathi political parties- Shivsena and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena. The main argument of both parties is that bihari migrant labor has stolen jobs from marathi youth. They call marathis as sons of soil. They have done many things like making marathi knowledge compulsory for state government jobs etc. They have protested against chhat celebrations and beaten biharis a lot.

This is the reason many biharis dislike Shiv Sena and MNS. Most of the migrant labour is from lower caste. Lack of proper investigation would work against bias against these two parties SSR being a rajput, so it would matter to upper caste. So SSR case would matter a lot.

Maharashtra government has been made with a coalition of Shiv Sena and Congress. Both parties do not have a clear majority. BJP is in opposition, in-spite of having clear majority in the house. Congress is also fighting election in Bihar. The mess in SSR investigation has already dented image of Congress nationwide.

I hope you understand why SSR issue matters a lot in Bihar elections.

Why should Justice for Sushant wait? Is he not important enough ? Can't believe i m reading such statement.

People are trying to portray as if all this is happening for taking revenge from tackrey n bihar elections, there might be some political people taking advantage of situation but don't compare sentiment of nation with some attention seekers.

Anyways, CBI is it's 3rd phase as per reports and very near to finding who Sushant's murderers are. Great work by CBI, NCB n ED. They will continue for Justice for SSR until culprits are found.

I am genuinely trying to understand this rationale behind Bihar Election claims. I truly think there is no dispute in Bihar about who is likely going to win. It's kinda monopoly and the popularity of a certain leader is beyond any doubt. Focussing or not focussing on this case, he is anyways going to win. How exactly this case is helping Bihar election, can you please elaborate a bit. Migrant biharis, in fact migrant workers hardly changes their base location, they mostly go back to their home town where their names are listed in Voter list. So I cannot see how this case helps even in Maharashtra politics.

From political alliance perspective, things will be as it is right now. Sena and Congress will remain allies and BJP opposing them everywhere.

Curious to know why people think Bihar election is driving this case, and not public outrage.

The guy killed himself! Why is it so hard to accept this? He wasn't murdered, he suffered from mental illness. The reason CBI is on this cause is because it's a high profile case and its a good thing otherwise Bihar would have used this case to their advantage to get the people's votes for their upcoming elections.
