Exactly.
And not just indian forces, every single country has these same problems in their defence forces.
Its a documented phenomenon - from discrimination to even outright assault.
But in most of the countries the defence forces are considered beyond reproach and most of them are not even subject to civilian law so these things don't get publicity
Did it happen to gunjan or not is a question. But is it really beyond belief that these things were common??
Hell you'll find the same attitude in modern corporate India of 2020
Because Armed forces need to be protected and respected. Each n every country does that and must do that.. Including citizens.
Its only in India that one can get away by portraying them in a flimsy way.. In the name of creative freedom, freedom of expression and what not.. Forgetting that they deserve the credit for the very freedom u enjoy.
And again.. M not saying she didnt face it.. Till Gunjan and the other woman joined it was n all Men's organisation.. Was suited to their way of living. It changed over due course ya? Thats the beauty.. That we evolve and change.
People who want to remain stuck in that mindset will never progress and wont be able to see progress.. Their loss
