The case is still under Maha jurisdiction. The plea for CBI is done by the Centre and bihar. I guess the state holds the decision on whether it has to be transferred to CBI or not. Probably Supreme Court's decision would be the final one. That's what I have understood of this whole situation. SOmeone correct me if I am wrong.

Both parties including Bihar police has to file notes today. Then SC will make a decision.

Yes. She is saying only Mumbai police should investigate as cbi and Bihar police is illegal and not fair. Only Mumbai police investigation is fair. Not only she is blaming the family but blaming Bihar for using political agenda against her.

The last excuse she could make is that she herself is in depression. Therefore she cannot take part of the investigation.

This girl....ugh. You didn't even care to reply to his father's plea and you expect folks out there to believe the crap you are dishing. He made SOS calls to his family. It was his damn house. Of course his sisters would visit once they had access to him. It doesn't negate the fact that you still blocked access as and when you could. The fact that she didn't have the decency to reply to his father's text when he was apparently extremely unwell, I feel like says it all.

I really hope all these bogus petitions of hers are thrown out. I really hope no more time is wasted and the SC hands over the case to the CBI with hopefully the SC itself monitoring it.
