When you register a FIR in a particular state, the case is investigated and TRIED there. Its not as if, the FIR gives the power to Bihar Police to investigate the matter but it will be tried in the Mumbai Courts.

When the family registers the case in Patna, it clearly wants the case to be TRIED in Patna as well. If there intention was just to get the CBI Involved, The Mumbai Police wasn't co-operating & they had to involve Bihar then they should have no problems transferring the FIR now with the CBI on board.

It'll be interesting what the Supreme Court decides tomorrow but it's highly unlikely that the defendent will get a fair trial in Bihar and that alone should be the basis of the FIR Transfer.

I too think that the FIR will be transferred to Mumbai.

That being said , I understand why family filed a FIR in Bihar, not Maharashtra.

There is a strong possibility that Dawood Ibrahim is behind both the deaths of Disha and Sushant. Since Disha died the exact way how Divya Bharti died (From the window in a drunk condition). And everyone knows that Disha's husband Sajid Nadiadwala has a close connection with Dawood. Sajid had spoken up when Sushant's deadbody pics went viral, he was telling everyone to not share those images coz they are 'disturbing'. Sajid sounded more like insecure, otherwise who the hell is he to speak up??🤔 I won't be surprised if both the Bhatts and Rhea have joined their hands and worked together on this.

Regarding Disha's parents denying all these murder allegations, there can be a possibility that they're being threatened and they also have their own family members and relatives to protect...So it's it's quite obvious that they can be afraid enough to speak up the actual matter.

P.S. Sushant, Divya Bharti, Parveen Babi, all of them were taken to Cooper Hospital post their death so underworld connection can easily be smelled.

Doesn't work like that, not legally at least.

The proper recourse would be to let the CBI do the investigation & submit their findings to the Mumbai High Court.

Mumbai police had to have sufficient motivations to ignore what even a laymen can identify is suspicious..

Why did Mumbai police ignore the dubious transactions between the accounts??

And we can’t say meme police wasn’t working?? It was just working in completely wrong and brainless direction.. trying to deflect from the actual crimes..

Actually I came across a post where Rhea is seen entering sushant's house soon after he was declared dead with media and everyone waiting outside. She supposedly denied going to his place on that day(correct me if I am wrong) .

Amidst all the mud slinging and dirt being thrown on people, I just hope and pray that the family gets justice and proper closure. They deserve to know the truth. All my hopes are pinned on the Supreme Court tomorrow 🤞🤞 I kind of understand what/ who the family is standing up against and wish from the bottom of my heart that justice isn't denied to them. I'm already exhausted, can't even imagine what they must be going through 😭😭😭
