This is enough proof that this is something huge they are trying to hush up. Why the heck would the Govt be so invested in the death of 'not even such a big star' in the words of Rajdeeo Sardesai?

Is it possible that In future if any of the people who have given interviews on tv summoned to the court, and then they give some other statement, that can be disregarded because some other version is there on record ?

Doesn't work like that, not legally at least.

The proper recourse would be to let the CBI do the investigation & submit their findings to the Mumbai High Court.

I don't know where did u read that his family wants the case to get transferred to Bihar itself. Plz pardon my ignorant self and share with me the link. The family not for once asked for the case to be transferred to Bihar as far as my knowledge goes. Kindly share the article / affidavit with me.

Whose police did not even file an FIR , from whose clutches the chakraborty family was let Scott free till the Bihar police filed an FIR and ED finally took the note of a possible money laundering matter. Ofcourse they might be getting some leads, that's why the family and friends are being summoned repeatedly.

Mumbai Police did not even try to look into this angle despite his family lodging an informal complaint back in February itself. They might not have paid any heed back then , fair enough, but they did not try to investigate the case and take lead based upon his family's complaint even after the suicide.

Indeed. So much of respect for the TV stars for speaking up and seeking for justice for their fellow colleague even if some didn't even know him personally. That place was clearly far, faaaar more of a home for Sushant than Bollywood.
