When you register a FIR in a particular state, the case is investigated and TRIED there. Its not as if, the FIR gives the power to Bihar Police to investigate the matter but it will be tried in the Mumbai Courts.

When the family registers the case in Patna, it clearly wants the case to be TRIED in Patna as well. If there intention was just to get the CBI Involved, The Mumbai Police wasn't co-operating & they had to involve Bihar then they should have no problems transferring the FIR now with the CBI on board.

It'll be interesting what the Supreme Court decides tomorrow but it's highly unlikely that the defendent will get a fair trial in Bihar and that alone should be the basis of the FIR Transfer.

I am just wondering what if Rhea is proved guilty and a BIGGER conspiracy reveals and is proven by CBI? I would await for the reactions that day!

There must be a big reason to why shiv sena and Maharashtra government are scared of cbi and aditya Thackeray tweet about he has nothing to do with it. If not the media that is keeping this matter in headlines (even if it is for TRP), the case would not have come so far.

Fans would have kept posting it for few days and then it would have been forgotten.

The media is keeping the case "in mind" and that's why we have come to know how Mumbai police investigates these things and how they hide evidences to keep the biggies safe.

All the bribing and pressure can be kept silent when people are restricted from looking at things from different angles.

If not them it would have taken atleast 2 years to reach the point we are today.
