There is something seriously repulsive especially if you follow him closely but I try my best to not get annoyed just cause he is an outsider!

I saw Sonu ki Titu in December and absolutely fell in love, ended up watching all his work which is just about ok ! So Sonu was s one off :(. I then started following him on twitter and insta and thats where I have a major problem ! The desperation to stay in the news every single day is mighty repulsive. The antiques with costars is another thing ! He sadly doesn't seem to realize that playing pati patni aur woh in real and reel is pretty sick - even Bhumi pointed it out to him in one of the interviews. Though Sara is equally fame hungry and willing to do anything the stupidity over his so called affair has been so blown out that there are fangirls who will destroy him when it will eventually sink in that they were never an item and how he manages to navigate that is my real fear for him.

One more thing I’d like to add to which I would probably be bashed - I have a problem with him showcasing his nationalistic fever. I wonder if he is on anyones payroll. As an NRI Im oblivious to minute everyday matters in India but there is deep rooted nationalist sentiment growing everywhere around the world and that is never good ! If he is truly s youth icon as he has proclaimed himself to be I would rather appreciate someone who bridges gaps rather than fan the flames !

His pr is very annoying and very ott. But i guess this is how you play the pr game...get down and nasty and play it to survive against these insiders. Sara and Ananya started the pyaar wala pr game using him ...he actually came out of it benefitting from both and played the game better than them. 😆

BTW, Pati Patni Woh was a clean hit.

All the characters he has played are whiny immature small town boys so you can't help but think he is just playing himself over and over again. He was cute in the first pkpn but after sonu ke titties the way his PR has hyped him and the whole sara and ananaya shit made him so unlikable.

I think this thread shows why Sushant was seen and talked about the way he was on here before his death. So many people are so convinced by everything written in the media. How do you know what's being written is Kartik's PR or even true for that matter? You would think we'd be less superficial now and judge actors based on their movies and interviews.
