I hope men's mental health is given more importance now.

I hope people realise how important a dedicated mother's role is in a man's life - they are the real emotional anchors.

Sushant was extremely pampered by his mother. He was born after 4 girls in the family. His mother gave him unconditional love. He could have been so wrong in many ways, but she could only see the good in him. She called him every night at 7.30 pm sharp, till the day she died.

This is a mother's real love. She worries about you. She celebrates your defeats. She prays for you every night in silence.

Imagine being deprived of this mother's love at 16 years of age.

It is an irreplaceable void for a growing boy's age.

No one can fill that void. Nothing around excites that much anymore.

Close friends, relationships cannot fill that void.

Name, fame, money, awards, trophy become meaningless.

You can do everything right, but someone will still keep finding fault with you.

You doubt yourself. You feel incapable. You feel demoralised.

Call a friend in the middle of the night for help, they may be busy sleeping....It goes as a missed call.

Only a mother answers the call in the middle of her sleep...worried about her child.

Mother.

Sanjay Dutt lost his mother at a young age and got sucked into a world of drugs and addiction.

Sushant lost his mother at a young age and fell into depression.

Failing celebrities like Vivek Oberoi, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Imran Khan....are all "insiders"....but they also have a loving mother to fall back on. And so they survived the dark, lonely phase.

Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor were successful celebrities...but they were emotionally disturbed after their mothers' passed away...and they gave up soon after.

Never underestimate the value of a mother's love to a man's vitality and self-esteem.

If you have a mother, please reach out to her.

If you have a child, please reach out and hug him.

This is the circle of life.
