In Shuddh Desi Romance, All she did was Smile. Every dialogue - smiling. Every emotion - freakin smiling.

She doesn’t know any acting. She is a khambha. And I find her posture and overall way of looking — very unappealing.

She can not even be mediocre forget good actress.

not at all. They were all "popular" in their 20's. But the best work for most of them have all been in their late 20's to early 30's. Plus this isnt the 2000's anymore. The audience will only care about you if your work is good. Any actress who starts in their 30's can gain popularity too.

Much as I'd like it to be true, I believe otherwise. On top of my head I can only remember only Nimrat Kaur.Good looking and talented.But she started out later than the others. And her career never really took off the way it deserved to be even after the success of Airlift and Lunchbox. Our audience doesn't seem to mind actresses continuing to work on in their 30s but starting out seems a big no-no at least for now. The other side of the coin seems that actresses like Karishma got labelled as 'old' just because they started work earlier in their teens. It seems you're damned either way.

It has been like that, I wont deny. But its changing, and has changed a lot. where the audience is not paying attention to it. The media, the industry themself is the problem where they are still very much about the actress being as young as possible. Not the audience. So it depends on what perspective you are speaking from.

Vidya balan started at 27, delivered flops and than succeeded. so I just dont think its true..the audience accepted her. The most problems she was faced was from the industry. and she has even stated this.

Yami gautam is in her 30's and she is being raved about a performance just now. and people are interested in her future work.

The audiences acceptance can do wonders, so if they dont have a problem with age. than it isnt a problem. the industry needs to change their mindset.

ALso it is always a comparison game in the industry, esp. for females sadly. and it is always associated with age. As if there is a deadline on when they have to see a certain amount of success. if not, they will write them off. its sad really.

I think Bell Bottom with Akshay Kumar will do wonders for her career

She is one actress I feel really bad for.She was so promising in SDR..looked very pretty too and had so much spark plus off screen too she seems like a cool girl.I will never forgive Aditya Chopra for motivating her to go for surgery.Atleast Anushka’s face is now back to normal not exactly like earlier but pretty much fine.But Vaani lost everything due to that idiot.😡

Very confused about her and aditya chopra. She seems to keep getting yrf banners won't be surprised if she is the new dhoom girl
