This was such a pointless film. Too many jokes ripped from Friends with a loud and OTT Diljit and Akshay Kumar. There's absolutely no point in the story by the time you come to the end of it.

The movie is fine not bad, but why copying so many sitcoms from west there is no creativity left in Bollywood ?

The story progresses in normal pace with lot of one liners, some slap sticks but screenplay is not coherent. Copying scenes from Friends, BBC one comedy Coupling and many more.

Good News Has Good Growth On Second Day

Good News has shown good growth on Saturday with collections going up by around 25-30% from a good opening day number. The film has collected in the 21-22 crore nett range as per early estimates which takes the two day number close to 40 crore nett.

The collections of the are excellent in Delhi NCR and East Punjab while other metros like Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune have recorded very good growth. The film is getting some support from some of A centers in Punjab and others like Jaipur and Nagpur but the business outside these places is not so good. There was growth but it still remains low and the film will probably remain a metro film supported by some others due to the cast but this should be more than good enough for the film.

The film should get some growth on Sunday but the performing cinemas for the film are at a high level and there may not be much growth to come from them and if it is to really grow on Sunday then that growth will have to come from mass centres. The film could be the highest Akshay Kumar weekend if Sunday can up in a similar range to Saturday.

Watched ths movie after watching nasty epi of Bigboss last night and came back home with relaxed mind.. Thoroughly enjoyed movie.. Dialogue writer owns first half.. very unique subject.. the way medical professionals commercialize IVF - this is indeed laughter worthy.. Akki's apt comic timing and daljit's desi language - Hilarious.. First half was quite engrossing, not a single scene where i felt bored.. Few scenes reminded me of epic moments Monica-Chandler from FRIENDS series where they go crazy/desperate to have baby by hook or crook 😆😆 second half is a bit emotional .. I find it wholesome entertainer.. Must watch for the couple who are thinking of doing IVF.. Unique subject presented in a funny way.. Good way to end the year by watching good comedy..
