Once Vikrant gets success... we will get topics every now and then estimating his worth.. whether he is overrated and so on..

But forum ke opinion se kya farak padta hai.. woh kaunsa usko paise aur award denewale hai :P

I think I've only seen this happen with Vicky and for good reason. He started to be this performative deshbhakt after Uri. The rest werent talented to begin with.

It wont happen with Vikrant.

Massey is playing his cards right by being part of the OTT platforms, no one else has done that....

His fan following is very varied yet niche..someone who watches

Made in Heaven. mirzapur, Broken but Beautful, Death in gunj, DDD, ITV shows, is watching them all for him....

I doubt Vicky Kaushal has had that much range yet...imho...

I am very worried for actors like Rajkumar and Massey to be sucked into BW camps....I really hope they stand on their own like Irfan Khan and Manoj Bajpai did. I love love IK and MB. recently I felt even Nawazuddin being quite disappointed becos of failure of Manto and the recent one where he played a romantic lead...feel like telling him...pls hang on....we love you ..iss PR jaljal mei mut phaso!

BW is a money hole, everyone there wants to protect their self interest...And sometimes within those business interests, one must probably take a neutral stand - a guy like Amir Khan made Satyamev Jayate one of the most important shows in our time that showed us a mirror on our country’s social fabric consistently has stayed neutral, notwithstanding the recent SRK AK Modi meet...🙄

Anyways we must probably stay away from political discussion becos I don’t want mod to close topic, and I would feel bad for the topic maker. Sorry in advance yeh hua toh

I think its completely unfair to expect anything from Bollywood. Thats the blunt truth. This is their bread and butter. It is not a luxury but a necessity to be neutral. 100s of people get their daily wages and their livelihood from a star's one movie. So its not just their own money. Its so many people's hardwork and livelihood gone. And one statement of any kind against ruling party will get the theatres vandalised ,sets burned, people injured, death threats,go to Pakistan chants, put their lives and their loved ones lives at risk. Only a Mahatma will call their neutral stand or just going with the ruling party selfish.

Now obviously you can spot the bigoted Bhakts. They are doing their performative jingoistic deshbhakti and calling them out should be done.

I find it very stupid when people compare Hollywood people being against Trump to Bollywood not showing that kinda stand against Modi. Like do they even know India? Our politicians are goons. They are get people killed in a day. Nobody is safe in India when you go against the ruling party whether it was Congress and BJP.

The only silver lining and probably a lil funny thing about Bolly is the same people will cater to Congress if they ever come into power again. So basically,Bolly's support does not mean shit in the end.

Imagine Zoya increased his footage in ZNMD after watching him...

just love him. I also admire that he takes on acting jobs no matter what the medium....have watched him on AltB, Amazon and Hotstar

Let’s just pray he doesn’t go the Vicky Kaushal way who gets enamored by Kjo camp 🤢

He was in ZNMD?

Sorry but what's the good reason? If Vikrant has a huge hit and Kjo and award shows come calling for him to get on KWK/host an award show do you really think he's going to say no??? Or turn down film offers by Bwood camps? Of course not, why would he?

It's easy for us to sit at home and form unfavourable opinions from our vantage point about these Bollywood camps/gangs or whatever but imagine being an actor in the industry, and the most influential director/producer comes to you with a decent script and invites you to events. Which one of us is going to say no? Let's be real.

He is getting enough recognition for his good work in form of movies. Other than that he is no eye candy or glamorous enough to have fanclubs or part of BW cliques/
