A grown man nearing 40 who has oodles in the bank and other best actor awards? Utter ridiculousness. Show up, do your performance, then blacklist the organizers quietly if you must. That's the mature way to handle something like this. But this is childish. Then again, it is Shahid.

I am surprised he still seeks validation from these Awards. He doesn’t need to. He’s been around a long time and has been applauded for his work countless times. But this was a rare occasion where he got both BO success and Critical acclaim.

This just makes him look petty.

Also, these awards are in the market and the highest bidder gets them. Otherwise “nayi baat” “naayi sooch” consolation prizes happen. 😂😂
