Sandeeps interview was indeed problematic where he went way too personal way too quickly...surprised coz he actually can refute statements with logic as evidenced when I saw him debate extremists banning Arjun reddy during its release...

I guess he lost his marbles with all the criticism and went batshit crazy with his statements...shame...regardless of what he shows in a film, a slap should be treated as just that ....something definitely problematic but that is up to the individual/ couple if they want to go past that or overlook that...

That said, we grew up in an industry that had chiranjeevi and sridevi singing a whole song abt how he slapped her out of love (abba nee teeyani Debba) so those disgusting comments about their husbands keeping them under control are not entirely surprising...

I do question the selective outage though.. Ranas brother and Samantha’s relative has been accused in the mee too movement down south and I think I just saw her feeding him cake celebrating the success of oh baby...even more surprising given Chinmayi is really vocal abt me too
