I remember watching this movie in theater and just loving it so much that as soon as DVD hit the stores I had to get it.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful movies I have ever watched. I know each and every dialogue to every expression of every actor in every scene yet it breaks my heart every time. So beautifully made and extraordinarily acted.

Ranveer was phenomenal. Versatility and talent extraordinaire.

Missing Ranveer’s movies so much....Have been trying to make it up with these tidbits but nothing can come close....April 2020 is so so so far away!🥺

I never thought I'd miss seeing him onscreen so much after the surfeit we have had in the last few months but I guess we got spoilt

Lovely movie! Both Ranveer and Sonakshi acted so well!! And music was amazing too!

It never got its due when it released but now its hailed as poetry in motion. I don't understand why you are rolling your eyes though.

Because it's my eyes and I can do whatever I want with it.

Going by the audience taste in movies, lootera would have never worked at BO, given its slow pace and lack of good music (-sawar loon). Adding the then fat Sona to the equation, reduced the chance of getting good collection at Cineplex.
