While I am repulsed by the concept of exchanging sex for film roles, I feel the problem lies more with the system that allows this practice to sustain. If there was an equal playing field and opportunities to advance your career through auditions, maybe outsiders wouldn't be pushed to place themselves in these compromising situations to further their career aspirations.

Nepotism has its set of cons as well. As a fan of BW, I dislike seeing the misuse of familial connections by talent-less nobodies like the new crop of stars. They are not entitled to a career in films just because they were born into a film family.

Has any nepo person struggled like that? You might not like but you need to separate the person from the professional.

She entered the industry by working hard in the bedrooms of Aditya Pancholi 😆 And her perverted gold digger ways continued even after the little success she got. Her stalking of Rich guys from Ajay, Sanjay, Salman, Hrithik, Ranbir is public knowledge.

And she is still a struggler. Bcoz she still needs to leech onto other stars or create controversies even to promote a film. When undeserving persons enter n survive primarily due to loose morals and conduct, they never change their ways and it always shows.

Vidya is a Self made woman and u can see the difference between her and Kangana. Money cannot buy class or dignity. Once a gold digger, always a gold digger.

Reality is far different. Rakhi Sawant was spot on. Women and Men themselves throw themselves at directors or casting agents to select them in exchange of sex. It is not always one sided. Most of these people want instant fame and success and dont want to take the hard route. Just watch Bigg Boss and see how many women lowered themselves just to get famous. Dont blame the "system". These hoes are also a key creator of such a system.

So Aditya Pancholi helped Kangana, but somehow cannot do anything for his beta Sooraj? See how much sense that makes? Usse kya hoga............what good came from her career by working with Ajay, Sanjay, Hrithik? Nothing! She ruled when she came alone.

Yes Vidya is self-made too love her -hasnt worked with any of the khans either. But she married a two time divorcee only cuz of Money so she is a gold digger too.

There's nothing immoral about helping your kids or relatives. It's common in every industry, not just in films. Even in big corporations, employees recommend people they know for jobs and certain positions are not even open to the general public. Most companies prefer to hire that way because they already have a good employee who is vouching for them so they know they will get someone good instead of having to find a stranger who doesn't come with those connections.

Movies are a private enterprise and producers are spending their own money. Who are we to tell them and demand from them who they should hire? If they want to spend their money on their friends and relatives instead of strangers, they have every right. Nobody is entitled to anything, not outsiders either. People like Karan Johar are not required to pluck people off the street and give them high paying careers.

Err...he helped his son get a Debut film with Salman Khan Productions too. And his son is still getting films.

It is like saying Salman did not help Katrina bcoz he could not do anything for his brothers?

When Vidya married Sid Roy Kapoor, she did at the peak of her career. And at the age she married, she can usually find Divorcees. Not men who hv never been married. And he was Single at the time. She did not break another home to build hers. Your strength of character shows when u are struggling only. When u could hv chosen a short cut but u took the hard route. That is why Vidya has respect.

Nepotism in movies doesn't imply only employing an actor because most nepo kids had to expose, do intimate scenes and also has many times involved physical pleasure which is again immoral.

The benefit is that nepo kids get work after agreeing to the above while outsiders are cheated at times.

Filthy Snakes like Kangana are actually forcing more people to go for those from Known circles. Why invest in backstabbing outsiders when u can help those who r trust worthy and part of your friends circle. Forget Bollywood, I myself would not spend a penny on strangers. Family and friends first. Others come later and i dont see any extraordinary talent in these overrated outsiders too.

Is it worse to sleep around or worse to get opportunities because of daddy mummy heirloom wala udhar ka last name?
