Cats are the best. They don't touch u, when u don't want to be touched and they expect same kind of respect from u. My cat doesn't lick me, i just have to tap on his forehead as a sign to stop. Black cats have such a silky fur. 😻😻😻

You're strong so whatever happens you will make it out strong. But I do want to give you a piece of advice. If eventually you see all avenues closing up you need to just state your rights to your parents. That they can't force you to marry someone without your consent. Its your right. You are legally protected. If push comes to shove use this statement. This is the line of thought : Your parents can't keep you locked up, one day or the other you will be out and ready to go to the police and state the same, that you were forced to do so and it will land everyone in jail. This threat has worked plenty of times with parents of many. This might seem extreme but you must do anything possible to not be married to a total stranger. This should be the last resort if all civil talks fail. State your rights. Know your rights and do use them for leverage.

Offcourse they are. And sometimes so understanding regarding our moods. like they know when we are happy or sad. If m sad it leaves me alone or cuddles gently. If m happy it gives a bodyroll. Sometimes playful. I had lots of cats earlier. Sweetest things

But based on what I got from the film, I'd say no because he has anger issues, I can deal with anything but blinding volatile temper and physical violence (either at me or others).. And his anger is the type that unnecessarily destroys peace not just within him but all around him - even in situations where he could use common sense or some tact or a simple sense of humor (ability to laugh at self and situations) or just by letting things be/slide. It's a movie that's why we don't see the complete and very risky consequences of his type of anger :p

I'll end up like Raveena Tandon in Shool if I marry him :p ..even if I survive, I know I'll die from worries over his physical health (BP, etc - after hitting your 40s, anger causes damage to physical health, and I feel that life only gets harder the older you get) and in the inevitable emotional instability that comes from such anger problems..

If he was the type who was aware and sincerely wanted to work on his anger then, yes, anger wouldn't be a reason to say no. :)

But then, who can say right, you'll never know who you end up with, or who you fall in love with. You never know when the peaceful chill man who you fell in love with may turn into a raging terror 5 years after marrying.. life isn't that simple.. that is why relationships are actually scary if you think about it..

Just based on what I got from the film, and the lack of dimensions to his personality, no. :D

One thing that kinda seems to have got lost in this whole debate.. is just this, the character's 'unmanageable/unwarranted anger'. There was a really nice and seemingly genuine question from a member in some other topic, about if he ever got help with his anger issues and how they managed it in the film? woh sab (anger management) to door ki baat.. he figuratively rapes a woman on a knife point
