KJO and his nepotism will lead to the downfall of Bollywood. They can only produce mediocrity. The small pool of nepo kids will never be able to compete with the much larger pool of outsiders. So far most of the nepotism produced girls coming out have overhyped talent, very poor looks, no dancing skills, grace, aura or star quality. Similar things could be said for the men. Turning Bollywood into an insiders club is preventing it from gaining talent. I don't care how many outsiders he is has hired as directors or writers. Outsiders have the advantage onscreen too.

Some of the most beautiful and attractive actresses in recent years have been outsiders be it Katrina, Dia, or Aish. Some of the most talented actresses in recent years have been outsiders Vidya, Kangana, or PC. Some of the perfect packages in the industry have been outsiders Madhuri, Sridevi and the person who has come closest to possessing all three qualities, Deepika. Bollywood would never have legends like these again. They will never see someone with the charisma of SRK if they keep drawing from such a small pool.

Off topic, but Vicky needs to step away from KJO. Nothing good can come from being involved with him. He gives shitty advice and opportunities to outsiders. It would be way better for him to build his future away from KJo's scheming and his star kid obessesion.

Agree he offers shitty movies to outsiders. Best example is Sidharth Malhotra. Vicky seems smart to me..hope he doesn't fall in kjo's trap

It might not be kjos pr though. Could be kaka as well. He has lots of free time with no movie releasing in the near future.
